What the assistant can do
- list & read files in your AI folder (text extracted from PDF/DOCX/CSV/Markdown).
- search across your indexed files and get back the relevant passages.
- save new files back — summaries, generated documents — into the folder.
What stays private
Only the AI folder is server-readable and exposed to the assistants you connect. Your private files and all zero-knowledge transfers are never included. Every read and write is audit-logged, and you can revoke a connection at any time. See Security.
